ANNOUNCEMENT ON DELIVERY OF SCROLL AND TRANSCRIPT THROUGH POSTAL SERVICE

With the postponement of the Graduation Announcement Ceremony 2020, the University has decided that all scroll and transcripts will be delivered through postal service to the Graduating Class of 2020 from 19 November 2020 onwards.

Please be informed that you are required to complete the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) Tracer’s Study survey at http://graduan.mohe.gov.my/v/ as one of the requirements, for the scroll and transcripts to be delivered to you.

To ensure successful delivery of the scroll and transcripts, we seek your assistance to

(a) confirm or update your profile (address, contact details etc), and

(b) confirm your attendance to the Convocation Ceremony 2021 by 8 January 2021

at the convo webpage https://convo.unikl.edu.my starting from 13 November 2020.

Please note that the University will not reprint the scroll. Hence, kindly ensure that all information in your profile is correct in order for you to receive your scroll and transcripts, and can be referred to until mid-March 2021.
