Collection of Robe
An Academic Robe set consists of a robe, hood and bonnet. The set must be collected during robe collection day and will not be posted.
Graduand is encouraged to collect the Academic Robe personally to ensure that their academic robes are of the appropriate size.
Graduand will also be provided with a RFID card which contains the graduate’s data. a RFID card will be tagged to the robe. If the card is loss or damaged, a new card will be issued and an amount of RM20 will be charged for the replacement card.
The Confirmation Status slip must be brought along when graduand collect the academic robe and convocation materials (Convo RFID Card and Guest Invitation Card).
The items can be collected as per following schedule:

If graduand is unable to collect the items on 14 November 2026/Saturday, it can be collected at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur between 20 November until 26 November 2026 as details provided below:
