Convocation Photography

1. Photographs of each graduand will be taken when he/she receives the scroll album on the stage.

2. Photography sessions with family (studio photo) will be held at the Concourse Area, PICC as follows:

• 11 October 2019 : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm (after rehearsal session)
• 12  October 2019 : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
• 13 October 2019 : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
• 14 October 2019 : 9.30 am – 6.30 pm

3. As there will be a large number of graduates during the ceremony, graduands are advised to have their photograph session on rehearsal day.

4. During the convocation ceremony, graduands and parents/guests are strongly advised not to stand up or leave their seats to take photographs/video however, graduands and parents/guests are allowed to take picture from their seats only.
