Returning of Robe
Academic robe must be returned as per schedule below:
| Date : | 1 until 5 November 2025 |
| Time : | Within 2-hours after ceremony (on the same day of your session) |
| Venue: | Tun Razak Hall 3, Level 3, WTCKL. Robe counter will be opened until 7.00 pm. (Please refer to signage for the direction) |
| 1. | Graduands are advised to return the academic robe after the photography session at Tun Razak Hall 3, Level 3, WTC. Robe counter will be opened until 7 pm. |
| 2. | Graduands are to ensure that their academic attire is maintained in good condition. |
| 3. | A compensation fee is imposed on the graduands in the event of loss or damage of the academic attire. |
| 4. | If you wish to extent the rental duration of academic robe, you are to inform UniKL Resources Sdn Bhd directly. Extension of rental is RM150 (for 14-days) and the refundable deposit is RM 200. |
