1.	Photographs of each graduate will be taken when he/she receives the scroll album on the stage followed by the individual photo studio.
2.	As there will be a large number of attendees during the ceremony, graduates are advised to have their photography session in studio earlier as suggested below:

Date :	3 until 7 November 2023
Time :	9.30 am until 6.30 pm
Venue :	Tun Razak Hall 3, Level 3, WTC KL (Please refer to signage for the direction)

3.	Photography session with family can be taken on request at the photo studio. There will be additional charge for the Family photography session.
4.	During the convocation ceremony, graduates and parents/guests are strongly advised not to stand up or leave their seats to take photographs/video due to their own safety (as the light in the hall will be dimmed). However, graduates and parents/guests are allowed to take picture from their seats
