1.	The photography package provided inclusive of photo on stage while the graduand receives the scroll album and individual studio portrait in three (3) sizes 10R (1 piece), 8R (1 piece) and 4R (2 pieces).
2.	Individual Studio Portrait session will be held at the Tun Razak Hall 3, WTC KL as follows:
	31 October 2025 : 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
	1 until 5 November 2025 : 7.30 am – 7.00 pm
3.	As there will be a large number of graduands during the ceremony, graduands are advised to have their photograph session a day before the convo days.
4.	During the convocation ceremony, graduands and parents/guests are strongly advised not to stand up or leave their seats to take photographs/video however, graduands and parents/guests are allowed to take picture from their seats only.

3.	Photography session with family can be taken on request at the photo studio. There will be additional charge for the Family photography session.
4.	During the convocation ceremony, graduands and parents/guests are strongly advised not to stand up or leave their seats to take photographs/video due to their own safety (as the light in the hall will be dimmed). However, graduands and parents/guests are allowed to take picture from their seats
