Dear Graduating Class of 2021
As our country is facing calamity and with the announcement by Pos Malaysia regarding the delay of its delivery services and the closure of their outlets via Pos Malaysia Website, we have decided to postpone the delivery/postage of scroll and transcripts to graduating class of 2021 that is supposed to be released on 22 December 2021.
For your information, UniKL is using Pos Malaysia Berhad services via its Pos Laju prepaid service to send the graduation package to our local students.
Meanwhile, for postage to international addresses, UniKL uses AsiaXpress, a subsidiary of Pos Malaysia.
Taking into consideration the current situation and the importance of ensuring the documents (scroll and transcripts) to be received in good conditions, UniKL has decided to suspend the postage of the graduation package until situation permits.
